How to Edit Craft success rate?

Guys, I'm bored about my craft rate. I'm testing all crafts of the server but that %#$¨&# fail too much. (i.e: crafting, slot extender (low), in 10 attempts about 2~3 success.

There is somewhere to change this rate?


PS: Can anyone tell me wich file contains the options of the Formula Cards, so that I can make some craft edits on it.

Well, start with craft.scp, every craft formula is there.

Every Recipe and Reward itens is in there, but nothing about rates.
