How to edit the items in the inventory of new characters? To add potions, pets, etc.

(As in starting inventory items)

Thats for editing the items that the char would wear. I need to edit the actual inventory. I already went through chumpy's threads mate.

Nevermind, its in cabal_newetcdata however it gives me <binary code>

I believe it should be this section in cabal.enc
<char_make>

Also you need to edit Rank.scp

To edit the inventory of a character, use these Balq GM Tool

If you want to edit the beginner set, stats etc., you have to change it in the Database.
