how to install vmware? not installer problem

well i downloaded chumpywumpy's vmware shit and it wont let me open anyone know how to open it? o.O same for the gp client thing -.- i downloaded about 6gb of stuff off of chumpywumpy's guide and now i get to the installing part i cant open files for example i downloaded the files and its (name).001 or 002 etc

My files and darkxl's are all compressed using 7-zip as it compresses a bit better than winrar and it is free. Go to www.7-zip.org and install it and load the first file in the list after downloading all the parts to the same folder, extract as normal and 7-zip will get the bits it needs from the other files.

He is not there yet you need Hj split
To join files just insert the 01 one and he will find the rest if in same folder.
