How to lower the honor points when Pk a player

Easy question , dunno if its difficult the answer =)

my problem is that when u PK a player u get like 10k of honor out of your player and then when trying to PK other player u get 1k each hit,, its crazy! xD

my question is is there an option where u can change that =)?
