How to make equip ring like official :(

Title it say's what I mean is I want equip for example 1 Leth Tyrant Ring or 1 Tempus only like official :)

Dont allow them to obtain 2 of them.
If u for ex. have Tempus ring, just add a core item instead of ring drop.
So u add a new quest on which u recive Character bind formula card, and they can craft then just one ring.
What is hard in this? i promise myself that i wont help u since i hear u are scammer but... its forum so go ahead...
