It is nothing to do with the client. I enterprise manager find cabal_auth_table in the account db and manager triggers. You will find a "fixlogin" trigger which you need to delete and that will stop dual logins.

You don't fix the "account is already online", that is exactly what it is supposed to do and that is what stops the dual logins. The prompt is to confirm you want to kick the other connection out of the game.
