how to make the upgrade succesfully?

hey can someone tell me how i make the upgrade 100% succesfully?on official cabal EU

If you mean upgrading gears then there are 2 ways. The first is to edit the upgrade success rates at the bottom of const.scp but i prefer the much more simple way - perfect cores. I don't have the item number here but look them up as they have a 100% success rate.
