How to open channel War and Premium ?

For premium you need to edit the cabal_charge_auth table in your account database. Check darkxl's sticky as it has a screenshot of exactly what to change (it's near the bottom).

For a war channel you need to set your channel number in your .ini files to one of the war ones (do NOT edit the 24 as that's the server number and not the channel number, it's the 01 you want). Check the WarChannel= settings in common.ini to see channels are war channels.
