How to personalize / customize Cabal Client

Is there a way to customize the client like edit what items would show up in npcs? or make launcher which is like that of the official cabal server so as to avoid using the "start-cabal.bat" and internal.txt?

you can use the laucher at the release section..

We can't edit shops because the npc data is stored in both the client and the server and as we can't edit enc files we can only edit one copy which is no use to us. The same goes for most of the client to be honest.

To make a launcher you need to know how to code or use one that has already been posted as Cath22 suggests.

I just finished my launcher. You can make your own quiet easy in VB.NET if you ask me. Offcourse there can be alot of errors, but they can get fixed aswell ;)
