How to put server online?

Who can help me to put my cabal server online? I tried a lot ways ...

You should try (I know you sad you did) and post here what errors or problems you have. We will help you from there. No one will make the server for you or stay hours to explain because there are many tutorials ( writed and videos) that should give help till the end but people will help you if you give some details maybe some screenshots of your problems.
