its simple you only use computer with no internet connection
so meaning you only use the normal IP its 127.0.0.1

What I mean is how will you connect windows and centos without the use of internet, coz everytime im in offline mode, my winscp won't work, it always says "connection time out", wat will i do, thnx in advance guys!!!
