Should you need to make it online, change the LOCAL ip address of your ini files (/etc/cabal) to your WAN IP.I suggest you get a dedicated server to avoid problems on port forwarding. If you cant afford to have dedicated server, search for the threads here that discuss about cabal server behind router. One way of hosting cabal without dedicated server is using Hamachi also.
