and tell me which one to download i got mess up i follow the guide and i downloaded the vmware server is it download the latest ver or download vmware workshop?

cypher i did everything there no localhost so hard i read already but in the guide video he only ask me to install the vmware and tick the localhost thing but i can't find the localhost damit
Localhost is a hostname defined in your hosts file in c:\windows\system 32\drivers\etc which leads to the 127.0.0.1 IP. You don't need to find any localhost and I have no idea where you read in the guide to do so. Just install vmware server 2.0 and login to the web interface by typing this address into your browser: https://ip:8333 where IP is the ip address assigned to the vmware server machine. If you get lost ask somebody (not here at ragezone please) to download vmware workstation for you.
