i am having trouble with my centos

when i try to ping my machine it works finialy but it says i have now internet access by the little X in the corner of the screen and my centos 4.6 cant access the internet now thaqt i have briged the connections. if some one could awnser this for me that would be Great.

From vmware go to edit -> Manage virtual networks -> make sure that the vmnet0 the bridged one is not set to automatic but to bridge your network adapter you use for internet.

Also make sure your vm uses bridged network connection.
