I took out all the non-lan addresses there, lan addresses (192.x and 10.x) aren't visible externally to your network but those ones are.

Your worldsvr is listening for connections on the lan only, not the internet. The worldsvr needs IPAddress= and AddresForClient= to be your wan one (www.whatismyipaddress.com). The external logins got to the login server ok though so it looks like ports are correctly forwarded and internal.txt has the right values so you were mostly there ;)
