I have a database named characters into Thai.

Database Cabalserver.
Account.
Cabal_Managerdb.
Cabal_Stat.
CabalCash.
Event.
Gamedb.

Database used Thai.

I have set the collation neme Thai_CI_AS.
But still can not name the character as a Thai.
Was that?? Have to solve how to.

Print may be wrong, I do not good at English.
