I need help with editing server rates. the GM tools are not in english :S

I have run the server all good, i want now to edit the rates. can someone make a guide? there is no guide for the GM tools and i dont know how to use the tools. thanks! and how to make GM's?

I dont understand, what i need to change? teach me.. i want the mob exp 10x, skill exp 10x, drop rate 10x, gold x60. so what i need to change for this?

tboy told you to edit your /etc/cabal/Data/Const.scp file, find in this file [Multiple] and modify the section by what you want.
Base was 100% so x10 = 10000, well replace 100 @ EXP line by 1000
etc...
