If you mean the chinese cabal guide in .doc/docx form then it is still very easy to get, the post has gone though. I think the server files in darkxl's sticky include a copy (most of the server rars i have seen do) and it is easy to find using google as well.

Having read a translation of the whole thing dozens of times, translated most of it myself using various resources and experimented a lot i can honestly say there is nothing secret in there and very little that isn't posted around here at least 10 times.
