Only those who have the ep3 files have access to the chaos arena, we don't as what we have is ep2. Nobody is willing to share ep3 so there si nothing we can do.
This question has been asked hundreds of times so please try searching first next time.

No oane can acces chaos area but this what it is ? I have to do some fix on it and will be perfect so dont trust the oane who say is imposibile is pposibile if u whant ;)
It's possible to load, stand in and warp to it. Adding the full functionality of Chaos Arena might be limited.
