hello, im having a problem connecting to Centos 4.7 i can't even connect Winscp, im only using Mobile broadband (HUAWEI)..can i play cabal offline without LAN or ROUTER..if so, can someone tell me how and what to do..thanks in advanced..


PS. can i play cabal offline without internet connection?!..

yes.. YOU need only a 1 Good Specification of PC so you can play at one pc with the server on it but if you want you need only a LAN connection and your own server . so you need a router switch so you can play on many PC without internet connection just a Local Area Connection only.

yes i have good specs..i want to play it alone, i only have 1 computer..dude what connection should i use in centos if i dont have lan or internet, i have tried bridged but i got error?!..

i did everything right i config the centos with 192.168.2.2 and my lan is 192.168.2.1..i used 192.168.2.2 to connect in winscp but it doesnt work it says "Host has not answered for more than 15 minutes. Still waiting... (second line) Warning: aborting this operation will close connection" something like that and its asking me to reconnect..should i use putty before winscp?!..

PS. i follow the video called (Rebuild Video)i use windows xp to play cabal, i dont have errors in SQL..everything seems right except winscp..

what about my LAN?!..am i going to leave it blank also..what about the "serverlist" and "internal"..and one more thing dude, when i open start-cabal on windows xp i got error (refer to the photo) but when i open it in win7 x64 it works fine, and the winscp (refer to the photo), is it because i use Bridge + IP?!..thanks

when you use NAT settings go to centos Terminal and ifconfig to see your IP it was a obtain so vmware will give you a Obtain/dynamic IP... when you saw already the ip thats the IP you will setup to WINSCP.. but remember you are using obtain/dynamic ip by vmware so you need to portforward the ports so your Windows IP can communicate to the Vmware ports..



and in your error try to use another fresh cabalmain with .bat to start the application with internal.txt and you need to setup first your internal.txt or if you want just use only the cabalmain.exe dont use .bat just configure your main and your language.enc if still you got the error just post in here many will give you advice..

thanks dude i can play cabal now, but i have one more question..how can i add more channel or how can i use draco server in centOS..i have port forward the server like this:

38111 Cabal WorldSvr_XX_YY
38112 Cabal WorldSvr_XX_YY
38113 Cabal WorldSvr_XX_YY
38114 Cabal WorldSvr_XX_YY
38115 Cabal WorldSvr_XX_YY

plus i have change the IP of each server, but when i try to connect, i can't see any of this server..can you teach me how?!..thanks in advanced..

PS. Dude what else can i play offline that i can get in this forum..
