Installing Cabal Infinity Server & Client

I'm a newbie here. I like cabal very much, so i search how to make cabal offline, that bring me here. After some day reading tutorials, installing again and again, I'm still stuck. Hope someone can help me :)
About my software:

CentOS: CentOS 5.8 x86 (CentOS 5.8 i386)
Window OS: Window 8.1 Update x64

CentOS IP Addr: 192.168.100.19
Window LAN IP: 192.168.100.11

DB: MSSQL Server 2008 R2
Virtual Machine: Oracle VM Virtual Box

Firewall turned off in both system.

My problem: (I posted it in Infinity Server&Client Thread before, but after that I read "How to ask for help" by Dens666 so i posted it here). Sorry if my english is bad.

I have done these step:
- Install Extornia's ep8repack v1.0 on CentOS 5.8 (using roplys_'s guide and LordAres's guide)
- Replace the file in etc/cabal and home/cabal
- Restored database (using roplys_'s guide and LordAres's guide)
- Change DB account and password in DB ini file, change IP Addr to CentOS addr in world_01_xx.ini
- Config the server with "service cabal config" command in terminal, set MSSQL Addr = Window Lan Ip, Player IP = CentOS IP
- Install evo_client
- Decompress language.enc in Data/language/English, change IP addr in "Login Addr" line to CentOS IP, change port to LoginSvr_01.ini port (28101), compress and replace it. (I'm using Hellspider's Enc tool)
- Start Launcher, the Launcher detect egcabal.exe is corrupt and try to download it. This process happen again and again till i exit launcher.
- If I skip Launcher, use start_egcabal.bat to start game, I can't login (the bar filling with blue, and a pop up window appear - Fail to connect to Server)
- I can't use Bega Admin Tool to create new account.

Can anyone help me with this? I have tried to find some tutorial, but now I'm stuck here

i dont use evo client.. but try check parameter.. maybe its not loading your lang.enc or try use other public cabalmain already released..
