If its completely, why I cant the maps on GPS ("M"). Or this features is not counted on Episode II?

Um... No, it's NOT full EP2. The server daemons we have weren't actually designed for EP2. They were updated by a 3rd party to support early EP2, but nothing that was added later on.

cabal work ok with a xeon with 8gb ram, need some gb for logs, but you can disable it, 100mb will be nice too.

these are the Files you would have to watch every day.
creating a Cron-Job which will clean up your Logs every 24 Hours would handle it automaticly..

You can also lower the log level but that robs you of useful information.
Asking for specs without specifying a player load is not a good question. My dual core 2.6ghz 4gb system can run a small 1gb virtual machine, MSSQL, me playing on the same and a few other players on perfectly on a slow DSL connection. The more players you want to support you need more ram and a faster connection and my connection would max out long before ram or CPU power.
The server works MUCH better on proper hardware (i.e. 2 machines) rather than using vmware.

how to clean log file..1. it's just select all and delete? or to use software to clean that file.? ( /var/log/cabal )

XD I've quested it on one Private Server but still no map code because "You cant see the GPS system while Premium? o.O but cant see but on little map (upper right). Then why private servers said that OPEN all map codes and warp codes then cant see.

in theorie,its simple...
create a new CronJob like "at 12PM go and delete /var/log/cabal/*.log "
or..
do it Manually every day,or every week..i guess,every week will be okay.
P.S..Advanced Linux-knowledgement is required to create CronJobs :P
P.P.S..as i never needed to delete the Log-Files,coz i only have a Test-Server,i cant help you in creating any CronJobs..but google will help you by typing " Linux CronJobs "

To unlock the early maps your must do the quests, or set warpbfield and mapsbfield to 1023 on cabal_charachter_table in the gamedb database.
Later maps such as PF are not supposed to show you the maps as you are supposed to learn your way around the hard way. Official is the same. The exe below has this restriction removed.

DON'T ask about sig metal because it doesn't work properly no matter how many people tell you theirs does. Different bugs affect different people and a few do claim it works because they tested 1 item themselves and didn't see any problems with it. A lot of time has been wasted trying to get it working and everybody capable has given up on it.
Sorry Mister phiber, but "perfect" sounds different to each person. things that seems perfect to me, maybe don't to you.

lol, I posted information on how to do that ages ago. Search for posts by me containing the word "maps".
you cant do that because cabal have an open thread to that files, but its not like windows where when you try to delete a open file the system say something.
What its the problem then?, well, your files have the logs targeting to the old memory pointers, then you stop getting logs.
the best option its use logrotate who make something nasty before clean it.

the computer you describe its for the nasa, no for a cabal server. even officials use that kind of machine.
And i suppouse when Azunah ask for the perfect specs, its asking if they need more cpu or more ram, more disk or more bw, etc.

XP 32 bit cannot use 8gb or ram. The most it can use is 4gb and if you put 4gb in you will probably only get 3.5gb as some of the address range is used elsewhere. You need a 64-bit operating system to use >4gb.
I think only ESTsoft could answer that.Please give me the complete features of Episode II version pls pls pls

as chumpy said above..it depends on what you want to do with it...
1GB would be fine for 4 channel config..
but only,if you have got a good connection(like 16Mbit/s)
btw..if only you want to play on it and some "friends"...
why you need a config with 5 channels(200 player each channel) ??

Yamachi right. RaGEZONE files is not complete Episode II. because some of features that have official server (only Episode II), we don't have.
I think in our files (RaGEZONE), there's a lot of missing!

I cant buy skills from other Constructor! I mean example;
If I'm Wizard for example, I cant buy my skills on Green Despair!
Example:
A.Expert, Master, A.Master, G.Master, Completer, Shooting Star, etc
