Is there a way to host a CABAL server without using VMWare?

Just wondering since I have a dedicated server and it'll probably be a lot easier to do so.

Can I just simply run chumpy's repack with command.com and setup the D.B., configuring the database IP to 127.0.0.1 to connect to the DB?

The dedi is running Windows 2003

Sure you can, linux apps are known to work well on windows 2003. We all mess about with vmware just to make life harder for ourselves, it isn't really needed lol.

You need 2 physical computers, one windows and one linux or one must be a virtual machine. Linux is required.
