If you have a dumped cabal_msg.enc, you can search for the qtem (quest item, i presume) section. This contains a list of entries like this:
See the ID? The number before the "-" is the item ID, and the number after it is the itemopt. If you don't have access to a dumped cabal_msg.enc that matches your client's one, you can search for the exact same text in cabalmain.exe's memory while it's running.Code:<msg id="qtem601-1215" cont="Epaulet of the Dead" />
Unfortunately when you right click it, it does nothing. @_@
That must be difficult around women.
The transmuters probably don't work yet. They didn't the last time i checked and i'm not sure if my unified patch has fixed them. You can try that if you want as i can't test it now (i broke my server lol).

Example: Forcium Daikatana with Legacy Weapon Stats

i can awner this one verry normal = You cant wear it try'd it dident work :D
but you can make a GM sign of deathblow :P
look on the forum for GM tools
why on earth would a GM need a weapon in the first place??
if you want to test the new droprate settings ? you need something to hit the mobs with :P
and i prefer the GM sign its fun to whack mobs with it
