because drei and Lycanus are unique craft. example code for lycanus 30 cd : 16053492

No.. it impossible to create 8%, 16% crit rate and 18%, 36% crit damage for lycanus or drei because the item is unique craft . U need to increase the craft value on Cabal enc or change the item from unique craft option to normal craft like mitril etc.
