Actually there isn't for one simple reason... i don't know every itemopt etc. People seem to want a full item list of every item and every itemopt without realising just how much work that is :/ Doing it in anything other than a database isn't really possible.

Search on posts by "fabby" and use his list. That covers most things other than itemopts for some items.

Want a complete item list, including itemopts? Dump cabal_msg.enc.

you can only dump it from memory.

If that's the case, then you can find an itemlist here on the forums. Search for "bigitemlist.xls", or "better item list".
