Items problem

Hello
I think i have changed some things in server files and now the char can use all items and al the sets and i don't remember where it was the config to this thing or maybe it's the result of something wrong i have done coz i have see this only after a long time.
Can someoane tell me where i need to change.Thx

It's not possible to allow people to wear/use any item just by changing things server-side. The people that are wearing class-specific items on different classes are using Cheat Engine to temporarily change their class client-side.

I have see that on my comp and i don't use any "Chat Engine"...and not chage anything in client side
