Can we do a cabal server under windows ? The tutorial to create the server is for linux :s

no you cant, but you can use vmware on windows to emulate a linux system.

to be honest running vmware not best route to go best route is to have full linux system running this server. less problems less lag

Ok,i am decided to create this server . So i've just to download centOS and it's good i'll have linux ?

You will need a windows for the database and centos for the server files. If you only have one machine then you install centos into a virtual machine in vmware so your linux machine will run in a window on the windows machine.
