Can i use MN Cabal Online client for my 1st cabal development?

Yes or No?

If no what can you recommend for me.. any good client?

That client probably uses different XOR keys, a packed cabalmain and a lot of other edits for which you don't have the server files. The best thing to do is to get the 2.81 server repack and the OGPlanet 2008 client.

You can start with reading the Posting Guidelines, Getting Started, FAQ and Guides.
