I'm Korean, so bad English sorry.
How language change English to Korean?
Use Decompression tool program so open enc file.
Original enc file 'nation code = EU', but KOREA Cabal client enc file not 'nation code = EU'.
Change language Korean game start, word broken.

Changing language is not that easy. Each cabal "region" has a cabalmain designed to show the local language. The one we test with is a US cabalmain and it cannot use multibyte characters like eastern languages use. You could see if you can find a local cabalmain that is the same age as the one we use but you will find a few small problems like we did (our original client was Chinese because the server is).

There is also the problem of the databases as they use a Chinese language collation (with Korean and a few other languages on some tables) and it's ability to use other codepages (languages). I have a fix for the database problem but i don't know the game client that well :/
