How to get the Legacy Weapon (From Cash Shop it can't reach) and how use/activate it?

You can't use the legacy weapons outside TG as they only work on the TG channel. I have never been able to even get the weapon out from the cash item panel.

You can use the Legacy Cube by adding it directly into your inventory. You could also try attaching it to a mail, but I'm not sure if that would work.
