    How to EQUIP a Legacy Weapon even if Your not in Nation War ?

    1.Load Charcter Names
    2.Click Advanced


    3.Click Inventory Line
    4.Click Add


    5.Put Names Item
    6.Click Add


    7.Success Add (Blue area)
    8.Click Save Chang And Back To Editer Line


    9.Click Save
    10.Finish
