How can i fix the cooldown buffs in all character , when characters died , its cooldown and unable to use!

-i have problem tg war
TG war is ok but i cant recieve glory potion lvl 3

i want to put uch and glory pots in the tg war but i cant recieve .
kindly help me

My headache is bloody killing me, so I can help you with the thing I know of right now.
The cooldown is there because its using HUSKY argument, to make em cooldown on death, you gotta use BREAKLEE, which on start is a bad choice.

Breaklee is for test mode, not husky. And about the cooldowns when you die.

About the potions, have you checked if their data in item.scp and item.enc matches?

For skills, set their cooldown in cabal.enc and skill.scp (After edit in cabal.enc, sync skill.scp with cabal.enc)
