my hosting only installs versions 7.4

Will work on version 7.4. You have a problem in the absence of the necessary units in the directory /etc/systemd/system/ (AgentShop_01.service, AuthDBAgent.service, etc). These files had to be unpacked from the archive during installation (you can still get them out of the archive manually). I would recommend to repeat the installation and CAREFULLY FOLLOW the messages that the program displays to you. In 99% of cases, there is all the necessary information about errors.

By the way, probably you need to run some kind of template after installation, so that the units are put in place. I have not used local assemblies for a long time, I forgot about this nuance. This probably happens when the "cabal_config" or "cabal_create" command is executed. Read Section 5 from tutorial:

It is advisable to use Centos 6.5, but I had no problem at 6.10

I can't find .services files.
In directory /etc/cabal/template there are only .sh
using centos 7 repack? on centos 6.10? it will work yes just fix the lib tool
which tools tou are use for admin server. ( create account, ban, add item to account etc. )
how can I start www (philippines files ) without mysql table ??

use bega admin tool cbp are not using mysql you need to use mssql

Noone will share it for free. Either buy it or add dungeons by urself :)
