Sorry for asking too many questions, I just cant find too much guides to help a newbie like me..
I was wondering how can i set someone ask GM, and afterwards what commands are available , etc?

Also, if you use Chumpys Cash Shop, they'll be able to edit the items in the shop.

Where can i find the Nation field? i mean in which table?

One more question if you may,
How can I edit the drops, I mean lets say I want something +7 to drop in certain maps / all maps, how can i configure it in the centos?

Edit: How do i open this program? when I click on run.bat it just doesnt do anything:X

You need the Java Runtime Enviroment in order to run this.
