    Manual RPM?

    is there anyway i can avoid downloading the linux package from the console is there any way to do it in manual mode? to set up the cabal server but without downloading any update or software from the console

    You have to download it from somewhere. If you use Centos 4 and my file then everything you need, even for the most minimal centos install you can do, is already supplied.

    If you are using Centos 5 then you are missing several things necessary to get cabal running on a default centos 5 install and the post below explaind what the missing bits are.

    I doubt that is everything you need for a very minimal centos 5 install but as i don't use centos 5 i can't really say.
