Matching the ENC files with Server

Hello people.

Im looking for pet information on the server side of Cabal.
Inside cabal.enc, there is pet skill info like this:

<pet_ex id="1" pet_name="pet0001" max_lv="5" skill="0,0,0" />

But you cannot change the skill="0,0,0" part. So we must match up with server side??

How can we do this? Can we do this?
