In MF NPC there are no items at all and its just empty..theres nothing to buy in it....is it a bug or its like tht?

i using gp with 2.5 server files...

And another question is tht if i wana make a charec with all quest completed how to do tht??? is there neway to giv a charec like that...even my Gm charec didnt do ne quests and all npcs showing tht symbol on heads...so i wana make a charec auto with all quests completed....i hav quest numbers...where to change that.....so it will b shown as all quests completed

If you don't know how to decode the quest data binaries (not easy) then you are going to have to complete all of the quests at least once so you can copy the quest data values.

Auto completing all quests for all chars is a stupid idea though. Every char will end up with the same aura and same nation as these are picked via quests.
