Missing channals

ok so i got my server up but when i log in there are no channals
ive edited in winscp the ips and everithing pls guyz help

could you give some more details about what kind of version/repack u are using ?

Normally if you run cabal config you get a few options about what kind of channels and how manny people on the server and more.

In that settings you have the oppertunity to choose the channels that you want.

yes i did that i was following fix guide adn did it exxactly the same

Hmm normaly if you fill in the right settings you will be able to enter the channel that you have chosen.

It could also be another problem i dont know.

Try to give some more details also for other ppl to answer your question.
Its kinda dificult to guess a problem if we just dont have enough information about what happend during installation etc etc.

Give some more info and ill think more ppl wil help you.

Follow the guide of chumpy [Adding/Modiffing Channels] 100% working ! search for it in Guides section !

You shouldn't need to edit anything by hand assuming you are using my files. That guide is to add channels to an existing (and working) config.

Look in the log files in /var/log/cabal and check the worldsvr logs as it sounds like they are crashing. Also be sure you are waiting long enough as the channels won't appear instantly and if centos is low on ram they can take a minute or two until the channels show up.
