When i go to Register .
What I type in server name
Tell what to choose.

SQL autentication must be user "sa" or other created into MSSQL.
i saw too, u trying connect remote MSSQL, u really know how do it?.

i recomend u try local MSSQL first to learn

Servername : (local)
Authenticaltion : SQL SERVER Authentication Change to Windows Authentication

Then Connect ..
