MSSQL 2012 Database Problem

Does anyone have a working DB for MSSQL 2012?

I ve tried to convert it from 2008 r2 to 2012 but it´s not working.

Can not creat account.
With no Tool and even not with the query.

Who can help me to fix this, pls pm me or upload a workin DB!
