MSSQL Link Error

How solve this error?
Infos:
SO: Win 8 but i tested in Win 7 also
MSSQL: MSSQL 2008 RC2 x64 but i have tested x86 and get the same error


ERROR MSG:
The linked server has been created but failed the connection test, you want to keep the linked server?

i use this:
DRIVER={SQL Server};SERVER=187.41.218.108;UID=;PWD=;
187.41.218.108 = my real ip and mysql ip but i get new error
MSG ERROR: " the server does not exist or access denied "
