okay..i starting to understand now..i will show what i'm doing and u guys can help see it is right or wrong..if wrong..can u show me the way to do it?

1.i download Vmware Workstation(Got Serial Key)
2.i download Centos 4.7 installed with cabal server(by dordort)
3.i download MSSQL 2005 express
4.i install Centos in Vmware Workstation
5.i config MSSQL
6.i download cabal us
7.i combine cabal us with sauron patch


my question:-
1.how to connect SQL databases with Centos
2.i dun know download PuTTy Too many items..so i use SecureCRt..What the use of it??
3.After Connect The SQL Databases with centos..i just turn ip adress in internal.txt using ip that i get from whatsmyip.com??

That's all i think to run the server...just out-game first..in-game later

You are correct.

1. This is part of the cabal setup process on centos. When you first start up you will set your network config and then start centos. After that you will run /home/cabal/cabal_config.sh and it will ask you some questions such as your DB server, login and pass and will then create your config for you.

2. I have never used SecureCRT. I use winscp, putty and crimson editor for just about everything.

3. Yes. You also need to forward ports if you have a router. See the networking guide in my sig.
