Need a bit of guidance

ok I know that this is a noob question but I have to ask as I cant figure it out..

I am having some issues with the cabal server and want to pot my logs here but I dont know how to get them of of cent os and into windows so I can post them..

if anyone can tell me the commands for this it would be great. I can look at them but I dont know how to download them to my pc.

Personally i use winscp to transfer files to and from centos. Just find the centos IP and connect to to like you would an ftp server. Just google for winscp as it is free and easy to find.
