Use chumpys tools and select ur account, then put premium type 1 with 99999 minutes.

i already did. i used chumpys tool. i used 511 and 1023 too. put 99999 still no change. i still dont have the warp gates my premium window is still empty

You have not given yourself premium correctly. Set the expiry date to something in the future not the payminutes as we don;t use that mode.
