To be honest unless you are good with php and websites i don't think you should be using cabaltoolz as it is not a simple site to set up and has lots of bugs (like the reset). I gave up trying to support it ages ago as every single install took many posts and lots of my time and still never worked right. Even john_d isn't supporting it any more.

To be honest, frustration with cabal toolz is what pushed me to build my own site. Granted I use a lot of the modules John_d release as well as a few from other site releases as well but by knowing exactly what my site includes and how it works I can troubleshoot it more effectively.

I dont think anyone has just copied CT to their htdocs/www folder and it just works. Its one of those sites that requires a lot of modification, a lot af module edits and a lot of trial and error.

If anyone plans to run a site you should spend some time and get familiar with PHP coding. Browse through the modules folder, examine the index.php file. Try and associate the PHP tags you see with the part of the site those tags are responsible for.

With a bit of practice, trial and error, lots of frustrations and persistence you can figure it all out.
