This is my fault cypher.
I was have Remote control on his server and i put his Windows IP to to CentOS config + Cabal config since he have Public IP and he want to join friends.
I make for him patch thats working but peoples cant join.
He have Public IP but what i have set as IP in CentOS to join his friends?

This depends on whether he has a LAN or a direct connection. With a direct connection cabal should be set to listen on the WAN IP (whatismyip.com). With a LAN the cabal server should still use the WAN address in cabal_config but he will need for forward the cabal ports to the centos LAN IP (the 192.x one) and hope the router is capable as not all are. If his isn't then that setup will let outside people in but not LAN players.

That is interserver communication, whatever that log is from it's trying to connect to globalmgrsvr via the wan ip which is wrong. All IP addresses in the server files should be 127.0.0.1 other than odbc.ini and the IPAddress= / AddrForClient= in the worldsvr inis.
