use this db's [Release] Extornia's EP8 Repack v1.0 & Fully Clean EP8 Databases may resolve your problem
i got the same as ur problem , i edit all of the port chatnode , and ur all stopped agents :)
try to edit it because its different from one too another

You have problem with mssql connection ( [##ERROR##] connect 127.0.0.1:38121 fail).
You installed mssql with default instance?

no need edit manual agents, type only " service cabal config " and set the values .
Check you MSSQL instalation , and try ping mssql ip from CentOS , if fail , the server cannot work.
127.0.0.1:38121 this is the centos local ip, ip of msql is in odbc.ini

Install mssql with default instance, ant set collacion chinese_prc, active TCP/IP and pipes names, after make linked server, restore databases ,test any ips of TCP/IP ( get in configs menu) for use in sql managament and CentOS mssql connection( i use ip5 and work).
after ping for mssql ip(CentOS -> MSSQL), if u can connect com managament but fail response of ping, reinstall vbox and remake centOS.
when you ping for mssql with sucess the serv work.
Tip: if two or three of nodes goes offline, start manualy.

default instance, allow local connection with ip, but i advise reinstall mssql.
