No connect channels

I opened the server in vmware again, but the account is logged in.but it is not accessing channels. Channel list comes up id pw after login.However, I cannot connect to the channel, it does not give any warning. do you have any idea about this as i'm clicking in the blank?I can't enter the channel, it doesn't give any warning

check the magic key that matches both in LoginSvr.ini and also in the database
