Not connected on client

Hello all.I have a little bit need help.I don't know why I can't connect on my server .Firewall on centos it's off, firewall on windows It's of (for a moment I think...).I don't know what I need to do.Ok I know I have tutorials but I do all what write there(I think...).Ok the service cabal status all it's running.I guess I have problem with Sql ...I don't know please who can help me please?Leave a reply or P.Thank for answer.

Ok, so the server it's on if I do "service cabal status" all it's running.I can't connect with client.
